I was a stay at home mum for almost a decade. The idea of trading my change-bag for a laptop-bag was daunting. However, in i2i Partnership, I have found a tribe of people who believe in me so ferociously that on days when I feel like I can’t, they remind me that I can.
I was a stay at home mum for almost a decade. The idea of trading my change-bag for a laptop-bag was daunting. However, in i2i Partnership, I have found a tribe of people who believe in me so ferociously that on days when I feel like I can’t, they remind me that I can.
Teacher training has taken my hand and shown me a world I didn’t know existed. A world where teachers and mentors happily share their wealth of knowledge, expertise and advice and demand nothing in return. A world where, overnight, you become invested in the lives of the young children in front of you, where you push yourself to be the best version of yourself because those children are relying on you.
For anyone sitting on the fence, my advice would be to take that leap into the unknown. There is a support network to catch you and maybe - like me - you’ll discover strengths you didn’t know you had!
