The i2i Teaching Partnership SCITT is committed to Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DE&I) in initial teacher training. We ensure equal opportunities for staff, trainees and prospective trainees in our recruitment procedures, and in all aspects of the provision of our training programme.
Diversity is celebrated at i2i and we welcome applications from all candidates irrespective of race, colour, nationality, national or ethnic origins, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, disability or religious beliefs. All candidates must be physically and mentally fit to teach children and not legally debarred from so doing.
Where an individual need has been identified, we are able to provide support and/or reasonable adjustments throughout the application and selection process and throughout the training year.
