Meet the Team

Charlotte has worked in several schools across Surrey and Hampshire and has been employed as Head of English and Media at Ash Manor School since 2019. A passion for curriculum development and implementation has seen Charlotte research methodology for effective assessment and pedagogical practice and complete an MA in Leading Innovation and Change at St Mary’s University.

Throughout her career, professional development has always been at the forefront for Charlotte as she believes that excellent teaching is only achieved through continual development. Having mentored NQT and ECT teachers consistently over the last eight years, this step into working with i2i as a Subject Mentor for Media Studies is a natural progression in supporting our next generation of teachers to become excellent practitioners.
