Meet the Team

Sian has been teaching for 18 years. She started as an NQT at Weydon School teaching Physical Education, became Curriculum Area Leader of PE, then had three children and became a part time PE Teacher. Due to having two total hip replacements, Sian decided to take a different route within the teaching profession and she now works within the Diamond team at Weydon School, helping vulnerable students stay fully involved and engaged in their learning, and is also a Support Mentor for all the Trainees on the i2i Teaching Partnership SCITT -  both very rewarding roles.
