Meet the Team

Charlotte has 15 years of teaching experience and in that time, she has been fortunate enough to teach in a range of schools with a variety of roles. Each of these have helped to shape, empower and develop Charlotte's pedagogy. Having studied Fashion Design at university, Charlotte attended Roehampton University to gain her PGCE. Charlotte's experience in schools has spanned both the pastoral and academic spheres having held both Head of Department and Head of Year roles; however her real passion lies in teacher training and she has been lucky enough to work with a number of SCITT providers before joining the i2i Partnership to be the lead Art Subject Tutor. 

Charlotte has a genuine belief that Art and Design is fundamental to any successful curriculum and offers students the opportunity to be imaginative, creative and show self-expression. We are guiding the next generation of problem solvers and innovative thinkers to be confident and resilient young people.
