Who we are
The i2i Teaching Partnership is a school-centred teacher training provider for primary, secondary and SEND education. We work with schools across Surrey, Hampshire, West London and the South Coast, helping aspiring teachers from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences take their first steps into the profession.
Expert-led, human-first and school-centred, our approach brings together experienced teachers and educational leaders, personalised support and genuine classroom experience. From your first enquiry through to qualification, you’ll have a team around you who know your journey, understand your goals and are there to guide and support you every step of the way.
What we do
We provide school-centred teacher training that connects research and educational theory directly to classroom practice. You’ll be in school from day one, learning alongside experienced teachers and developing your knowledge, skills and confidence through purposeful classroom experience. You will develop critical thinking, subject knowledge and professional expertise to understand not only what works in teaching, but why.
Our training centres in Farnham, Reigate, Shepperton, Basingstoke and Southampton, together with our network of partner schools, enable trainees to train locally and build meaningful careers close to home.
Our programme leads to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE, awarded by Bath Spa University, giving you the professional qualification to teach alongside a recognised postgraduate academic award.
Throughout your training, you’ll benefit from expert teaching, regular feedback, mentoring and personalised academic, pastoral and professional support. We work to remove barriers and make teacher training accessible, ensuring every trainee feels known, valued and supported to thrive.
